We make YOUR carbonization attempts!

We test your material to see whether it could be suitable for carbonization in a future plant - not in the laboratory, but in practical operation. Depending on the raw material, we need 1-3 cubic meters of raw material and carbonize it in our Pyreg plant (P500).

The following services are included in this trial:

- Raw material analysis and assessment of suitability for carbonization

- Carbonization of your raw material and determination of the optimum carbonization parameters

- Comprehensive report with all process parameters

- Preparation of a mass balance

- Examination of the biochar produced according to EBC

- Interpretation of the test results

- Recommendation for further procedures and assessment of usefulness

- Delivery of the coal produced from your material

Flat-rate costs: 8.000 € + 20% VAT.

Attention:

Although we have so far succeeded in producing biochar from every organic waste material, this cannot be 100% guaranteed. A possible result could therefore also be that carbonization of the supplied raw material is not possible or does not make sense based on the tests carried out and the experience gained.
