Bucketfuls SONNENERDE

Get advice - grab the bucket - fill and count - hang the bucket back - pay - done!

Black 12-liter buckets hang from all the freely accessible soil boxes on the SONNENERDE site. How practical! You can use these to freely remove the loose soil yourself and take small and very small quantities home with you at low cost. Shovels are also available to fill the buckets with soil without straining your back.

All our soils are stored dry or moist under cover and are therefore always available in consistent quality.

Only our humus and our turf soil are stored ready for sale on piles in the open air, but are also given a "roof" when it rains or snows: they are immediately covered with fleece.

Sonnenerde tip

  • Be sure to bring tear-proof bags or other sturdy containers from home to fill them bucket by bucket!
  • We ask you to count the number of buckets you have taken out and to report this to the office or the cash desk on site after loading! By the way, at SONNENERDE we have a principle of trust: just tell us how many (12 L) buckets you have taken out and loaded.
  • During the peak season in spring - March to June - our sales assistants also have their wallets with them so that they can process the "earthy business" in a time-saving manner.

We have also conducted many experiments with paper bags. Our earth is simply too active for this and the paper bag would disintegrate within a very short time.

Please note: As our soils usually have a specific weight of 1 (20 liters = 20 kg) or more, larger bags - which can easily be carried by one person - are not possible for us. But that is certainly not the problem.

Do you need more? Then we recommend our BigBags, for example. Giant bags! You don't have to carry them yourself. Information is just a click away!

Bagging: With our new bagging line, the individual soils are also packaged directly by us and offered in 15, 18, 20 or 30-liter bags.

Tip: Plastic bags have "clean advantages": clean hands, clean car, clean to remove, clean to store. Many customers really appreciate this convenience. Often there is no other option. We at SONNENERDE see our bagged goods as a customer-friendly business segment that allows us to sell our soils in small quantities in a practical and handy way. It is a compromise. Yes. But a fruitful one!

SONNENERDE Big Bags

BigBags are large plastic bags with a capacity of around 1 m³ = 1 ton depending on the soil or specific weight.

We will fill them for you immediately on order!

They are loaded onto pallets by crane or forklift truck. Various freight companies also deliver our BigBags directly.

Shovelfuls of SONNENERDE - wheel loader loading

Our soil can be loaded quickly and easily onto any small or large car or tractor trailer. Our wheel loader drivers take your desired soil mixture in exactly the right quantity onto the shovel and empty it carefully into your transport vehicle.

During the peak season in spring - March to June - our sales assistants also have their wallets with them to make the "earthy business" even more time-saving.

SONNENERDE-tips:

  • Please note the design of your trailer and the maximum permissible total weight! 1 cubic meter of our soil weighs at least 1 ton and more (specific weight >1)!
  • Also remember to cover the soil so as not to pollute the road!

You can pay conveniently in the office in cash or by debit card.
