Tennis sand

Experience from previous years has shown that our tennis sand is excellently suited as a topdressing material for the annual renovation of heavily used courts. The sand is simply applied and evenly distributed. On average, 1 ton of tennis sand is needed per court per year.

Our tennis sand is not suitable for court construction, as a higher binding capacity would be required for that purpose.

Our tennis sand impresses with its beautiful red color and excellent stability. Thanks to the pure-grade starting material, 100% frost resistance is guaranteed. The material is completely free from impurities such as lime or clay. Courts do not smear easily and remain permeable – while still retaining their water storage capacity! This significantly reduces maintenance effort.

Tennis sand is available in 25 kg bags, 1000 kg big bags, or in bulk.

We process rejected materials from Wienerberger Tondach and pure old roof tiles to produce both our brick chippings and our tennis sand. The greatest challenge was to create the perfect grading curve – that is, the right balance between fine particles and granular structure. We succeeded, and our spreading sand has been a popular choice in eastern Austria for years.
