Compost is biologically highly active and an excellent fertilizer. Therefore, plants should never be planted directly into pure compost!
Fertilizing lawns and ornamental plants: apply 5–10 liters per m² on the surface and optionally rake in lightly.
Planting shrubs: mix compost with topsoil at a 1:1 ratio. For one-time application (new installations), up to 10 cm of compost can be applied and thoroughly mixed with the topsoil layer (tilling!). No additional fertilization is necessary. Not suitable for vegetables (contains sewage sludge) or for plants in peat beds (contains high lime content)!
100% mature compost with a very low content of salts and heavy metals, combined with a high nutrient content, guarantees an optimal and natural fertilizing effect for all plants. Its high biological activity promotes soil life and increases soil humus content. Unlike peat, it sustainably improves soil structure and regulates water balance (compost can store a lot of water and slowly release it back to plants!). Due to its high phosphorus content, this product is ideal for perennials, flowering shrubs, and outdoor flower beds.
Controlled and biologically stabilized sewage sludge, green waste, and organic rock dust are mixed in a precisely defined ratio and subjected to an intensive composting process. This is followed by soil formation, which lasts 5–12 months.
