Brick chippings 8–12 mm

Apply as “decorative chippings” in a layer a few centimeters thick over garden beds or paths and spread evenly so that the entire surface is well covered. Due to its coarse grain size, these chippings do not stick to shoe treads, making it ideal for garden paths.

Additionally, these chippings are a key component of every green roof soil and soils for large containers, as its stability helps maintain long-term structural integrity.

Due to the high firing of the roof tiles, the resulting chippings are naturally 100% frost-resistant. As an additive in various soils, they guarantee long-term structural stability. At the same time, these chippings can store water (1 m³ stores up to 350 liters of water!) and release it slowly back to the plants.

In garden design, this material impresses with its beautiful red color, which remains visually striking even during vegetation-free periods. Thanks to the high firing, this material is absolutely frost-resistant and abrasion-proof.

Pure clay roof tile production waste is crushed and screened to a grain size of 8–12 mm.
